Did work to repair my roof about a year ago. Didn’t do the job correctly as stated in the contract. Was supposed to pitch roof, remove/ replace gutters repair damaged plywood. Instead he demoed the tile & underlayment, then simply covered it with waterproofing material( which is still leaking) He then installs a floating deck frame, attached ONLY to the house, held it with 10 nails. You can lift the frame completely off the roof. I’m not a contractor, but common sense says this isn’t right. Now I have an open deck , no railing, with 2 young kids, and Luis is nowhere to be found!! Contacted Luis via cell & email and no call back or follow up. Not not trust this guy or pay him anything in advance . This is how he left our deck. Floating deck, nailed to the wall with 10 nails

Writing this review after asking Luis and co. for 3 months to come by to finish the incomplete work. I was told “Luis is out of state”, “someone will be there tomorrow”, “so sorry there’s nothing I can do and I told Luis about this work”, all the excuses after I handed over the last payment thinking it’s only a small job and they will come back to finish it. In hindsight, you should absolutely DO NOT make the full payment until the complete work is done to your satisfaction per contract.
Thanks to L&B Construction for their work that they gave me at home. They are a very responsible person very hardworking. They do excellent work. I loved how they worked in my courtyards and how they left everything clean and well done thank you very much. I will recommend it to all my families and friends. Excellent company.
