My girlfriend parked her car here overnight. One of almost 20 that had been broken into. Reading other reviews it’s probably pretty common. Secure your building or lower your prices. No one wants to spend $400 for a new window and your parking rates on top.
I pay monthly for years. Are 18 years the I use this parking. I'd like the place, easy to access from Madison Street and Washington Street. Everyone is very nice and helpful in case that you need them. All my customers are using also, and they are very happy.
I have been trapped in one of their parking garages (Hyde park location) for at minimum 20 minutes on several occasions. I have reached out to customer support regarding this ongoing issue on multiple occasions to receive no response. There is no way that this is not a safety risk. It’s ridiculous that they don’t respond to emails about the issues with this garage. I have also reached out to the alderman on this issue to no successful remediation. Just know that if go into this garage you might never get out. Also if you pay before exiting you might get charged again, and no one will answer the phone when you try to call about it
I parked here on a Friday morning. Not extremely busy so I was able to park quickly. Smelled clean - in the garage, lobby and elevator. Well-maintained. Thankfully, I was able to get validated parking so I was fine with the price.
DO NOT park here unless you want your car broken into. Someone here goes car to car during the day, pulling handles to see if cars are unlocked. Security does nothing. I really don't think there is security. Saw a guy wearing a titan security jacket that was so dirty; it looked like he'd been working at an auto shop all day, putting catalytic converters on for half the price. This garage is the pits.
Constant vehicle break ins, my window has been cracked by what I assume was an attempt, and now stuck in the elevator for 33 minutes and counting. It took 11 minutes of me calling the “push to help” call button and it hanging up or giving a busy signal before anyone answered. I tried pressing the alarm and calling for help. Finally someone told me 15 minutes later there were no mechanics available and it would be 20 more minutes. Can’t wait to cancel and never come here again.
what can i really say its downtown parking with downtown prices lol you'll spent around 17 rates for a 8 hours on weekend day but throughout the week its between 31-51 dollars for parking rates. it always smells good freshly mopped and no dirt or debris they do a really good job at keeping the garage clean. always make sure your doors are locked if staying in this or any garage after hours. they have on site security . i find it cool how all floors are titled different countries just to name a few france, china, Australia...
172 W Madison, Chicago location is providing 1 elevator with a capacity of 7 people for thousands of parking spaces, spreading 13 floors. If this is not illegal it is immoral and if the new ownership cannot afford to fix the other two elevators they should be fined and taken out of business.
Excellent service, all the workers in the office are very friendly, they help you quickly and answer any questions very courteously. I have never had problems with my car and have always found it intact. They have a person who constantly cleans the elevators and hallways on each floor. The parking lot entrances are wide, without deep ramps, which makes turning the cars super easy. They always have parking available and have 3 elevators. The person who helped me the most was Andrea; she is very kind, and she explains everything to you with great patience! Thanks Andrea and the rest of the team! Good job!
I work in the area and park there very often. Vehicles get broken into all the time, even stolen. Unfortunately after a year my car was affected. I walked up to my car being broken into. If you have the choice please park somewhere else where there is security or at least cameras. It almost seems like the workers are in on it because after countless amounts of break-ins, nothing changed. The only cameras they have are at the entrance and exit. Garage is busy and full during the day with business associates but is pretty empty in the evenings which make it a target for thieves.
