We hired Level Design Build to construct our 1,200 sq. ft. garage. They did an excellent job. Our excavation presented many challenges, primarily due to the large unseen boulders located throughout the job site. They were able to move the boulders and preserve as much of the trees as possible. The garage construction itself went smoothly, all the details were discussed and executed in a timely manner. The concrete work was also top notch. They recommended a thicker slab where we were to have larger than normal vehicle weight. The garage design integrated nicely with the existing house.
We’ve worked with Level Design Build (LDB) on two major home projects, and both experiences were outstanding. The first was removing a structural shear wall and replacing it with a column. The process was seamless thanks to their all-in-one approach, providing both engineering and construction expertise. So when it came time to convert our unfinished attic into a dream office, LDB was the only call we made. From initial design to permitting and construction, their team guided us every step of the way. They were professional, incredibly skilled, and attentive to every detail. Despite working through winter, they stayed on schedule and delivered exceptional results. What really sets LDB apart is their team—they’re not only talented but also warm, courteous, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. By the end of the project, it felt like some of them had become part of the family. We can’t believe our beautiful new office was once just an empty attic. We highly recommend Level Design Build for any architectural, structural, or construction needs. They’ll continue to be our first and only call for future projects.
All these guys are Awesome. The owner Nate met with me to get my scope of what I wanted and gave me a quick and very fair priced quote. (I removed two load bearing walls with beams to replace) When I decided to go with them, they handled the entire process with Denver permits and all inspections. David was my project manager and I had constant communication with him during the whole process. When the crew showed up day one I threw curveballs by wanting to add more work, they immediately said no problem and did everything I wanted done perfectly with no questions asked. They originally estimated two weeks for the work and it was done and inspected in about 4 days. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of their work.
