Liba is my go-to for pipe and drape whenever my company needs to order. The drapes are usually made with their IFR Velours or Shantung. They are affordable, fast, and easy to work with. Wish they started making fabricating drapes a long time ago.

I haven't been able to find a less expensive vendor for Scuba Fabric on the east coast than Liba. I've bought from their Etsy page before, but they are really easy to work with over the phone too.
I was in NYC for a photoshoot and needed to buy a roll of duvetyne last minute. Not only did they help me get what I needed extremely fast, but their quality pricing blows all of the local shops out of the water. Highly recommend checking them out as they seem to have a pretty large selection of flame retardant fabrics.
