Complete rip-off agency, probably a call service. They did not pick up the dumpster when job was finished and charged full price for the extra 4 days before their driver came out. They also charged for every pound instead of having a weight limit included into the rental, as is standard practice. The load wasn’t even full. Finally, the dumpster they used was junk. The cost was about 2.5x over what it should have been if we used Republic Services or WM. So, word to the wise; there are many new “dumpster companies” that are really some kind of call service manned by foreign call centers. Don’t even bother with shopping around anymore and just go directly with Waste Management or Republic Services.
My husband I removed 5 bougainvillea bushes in our back yard and they sat on the side yard because they were too large and would require us cutting them down to sticks. Finally we decided to just order a dumpster since the city wouldn’t pick them up do to their width and height. After explaining to them what we would be putting into the dumpster they recommended a dumpster at $250 with 15 cents per pound. Which we agreed to. After they picked up the dumpster they claimed our 5 dried out bushes and minimal ply wood weighed “A TON” 👀 that’s a lie.. there’s no way 5 bushes without leaves or flowers and thin stems weighed 2000 pounds. They tried charging us another $400 on top of the $250 rental. To take away 5 lightweight bushes that I was able to pick up and throw into the bin by myself I’m 5’2. Finally we were told the least and final offer was $250 and that they would not offer a better rate than that and if we didn’t take it now they would charge our card they had on file for $400 regardless. DO NOT RENT FROM LiBERTY. They are crooked. I’ve got pics to prove it Liberty
DO NOT USE. if i could give negative stars i would. this is a total scam company. placed an order over the phone, was NOT informed of the additional charges that would be placed, told the total would be 308 and they took our money no problem. THEN we get a text that they will also be charging an additional .15 cents per pound with a 2 ton minimum, extra 300 to 600 dollars we were NOT told about. I called to cancel and the customer service lady was incredibly rude from the start and quickly became more so as i said i want to cancel and i am not paying the 250 cancellation fee. she said ill get a call back but i am disputing the charges with my bank. they are 100% out for your money and nothing else DO NOT GO WITH THEM
