David has been excellent. He really takes his time to get to know who you are and how you operate so that in his training he doesn't change how you are as a person but rather helps build a leadership style that best suits youre personality and management style.
Dave helped me gain more emapthy towards others. His lessons helped me gain perspective on how others recieve and absorb information, And how that may differ from my personal style.
