Called this dealer inquiring about a 15’ Range Rover SVR. After back and forth with the price we finally agree to a price then the GM Stephan calls me to tell me that the person he bought this car from lost the title and it would take time to get a duplicate. I agreed to continue to purchase as long as he gave me paperwork stating that I can return the vehicle if it exceeds 30 days. Then they asked me for a deposit which I agreed To if I can pay it with a credit card. They wanted me to zelle them $1000 NON -REFUNDABLE which was shady to me. I declined the zelle method and told them I will Be flying in to Miami this weekend from New Jersey to buy it (8/24/2024) and I can Send them the itinerary for my flight. I am Also a dealer and was hoping for some professional courtesy but they wouldn’t even give me that. Then today I get A text from them saying they sold the car in auction which to me seemed like they were planning on running it through the auction regardless whether I had Given a deposit or not. I am Completely disgusted by their unethical business practice. I made It clear from the beginning I was A dealer in NJ and this is the experience I had With Limited Spec. I can Only imagine how they treat their other clients.
I highly recommend Limited Spec, hands down an awsome place of business. , Mr Robert and Mr Hill go out of their way to make you feel good about the decisions you make, they are very professional. They made us feel super welcome, will definitely be doing more business with them in the future so don’t wait, go see what I’m taking about, you won’t regret it!
