This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I have purchased and owned over 10 luxury cars including range rovers, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, Mercedes, etc . This experience was horrible. First I have no idea how the Mansory brand is doing a collaboration or any business with this dealership. 1. I found a car ( a Rolls Royce ) online. I called them and made a reservation to to test drive a car. When I arrived there, the car didn’t have any gas. I waited for one and a half hours for them to fill it with gas. After all that they didn’t let me test drive the car because they said it’s raining and they don’t want no liability on it. Despite this, I told them I liked the car and to send me important basic information such as the bill of sale, the Carfax, and the official Mansory certification. It took two days to just get the Carfax and they said they don’t have a certification of Mansory. They said they had to request it and the sales person told me that the car belonged to the owner of the dealership. He said they were the only Monsory certified dealer in USA. In good faith, I docusigned all the purchase documents. car. The deal was done, I was waiting to go to pick up the car and wit the money to the dealership cash when I went to the dealership and I saw the car had some issues and told them to they fix it, I told them to fix it and they said they would fix them. When said it would take one or two days to be fixed and would be ready to pick up/come get the car. It took them one week to fix the car and then they told me they decided to change the color of the car because Car didn’t sell for couple months in the lot . They didn’t ask me permission todo that! They did this on their own AFTER I signed the deal with them. That car is legally mine! I signed all the paperwork and when the car came back, they told me they needed more money because they spend the money to paint a car which I never agreed todo and they said you sign the documents not us so car is not belong to you. The long and short of all this is that this dealership is not the legit dealership - from the sales person to the manager. There are changing the word and they mine and they’re not even professional to do the basic stuff at the dealership and they clap or they are the Mansour certified dealership in United States. That’s a shame. I hope they understand they messed up this situation and I will not stop till I resolve it properly my own way. They took my kindness as weakness which was a huge mistake I would not recommend this dealership at all and I will contact the Monsory company to see why they are dealing with these unscrupulous people.
