This brand does not process refunds and will delay them indefinitely. They have numerous complaints from the Better Business Bureau with other customers who were refused refunds or not refunded at all without sufficient explanation. I wanted to love this brand but unfortunately the quality of the product and customer service wasn’t what I expected.
I love Live the process. Quality pieces that are so cool and last forever. Their classes are unique and amazing. I will keep returning to this brand despite trying others because they truly give you the best of the best!!!
I bought the orbit play suit in black and it’s my favorite activewear thing I own. Soooo flattering. I will say I was glad to be able to try it on in person because I ended up sizing up. In love with everything live the process
I purchased four items. Two arrived and were bad quality and attracted lint & hair very easily so I returned them. They refused to give me a refund. The other item ( a sports bra) doesn’t work for any type of workout, and the last item never arrived, it’s been 3 months, I’ve had to send countless emails for a refund since I never received the leggings, and the issue is still not resolved. Quality is bad, customer service is really horrible. I’m extremely frustrated and dissatisfied
Obsessed! The designs are functional, incredibly flattering and chic. Incredible customer support in helping me find the right piece and fit for my body type. Also, I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and ethical production. The fabric is soft, stretchy, sustainable and snatched, making it perfect for workouts or outings. I highly recommend "Live the Process!"
Purchased the Orbit Playsuit for my partner, and she absolutely loved it. The back design is flattering—it drapes beautifully and adds an elegant touch. Couldn't be happier with the choice.
I ordered a pair of pants from their website in July 2025. After waiting over two weeks with zero updates, I reached out multiple times via email,no one responded. Completely ignored. I had no choice but to file a PayPal dispute. The company finally responded(not to me) to PayPal, saying they had provided a tracking number. But guess what? It’s now been weeks, and I have received nothing. No package, no apology, no explanation. This company is either completely disorganized or intentionally fraudulent. Either way, avoid at all costs. I regret giving them my money.
Most beautiful studio and was able to wear THE most flattering bodysuit. Felt good ... looked good I will be coming back to Live the Process studio as soon as im back in NYC
