Always customer friendly and have a great selection of petite clothing.

I needed dress pants for a new job. Have changed size so needed to try on multiple sizes to see what fits now. I wish I could remember her name because the sales associate that helped me was beyond awesome. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for but she also helped me find sizes in multiple styles. Then, she brought me more up or down to the dressing room. I was a little depressed about my new size but after finding several pants that looked good I felt so much better. They didn't have all the colors I wanted in my size but she also helped me order while in the store. After shopping at several other stores unsuccessfully, I am so happy I went into The Loft today. Left happy and had what I needed. Customer Service is alive and well at The Loft in Fort Worth on West Freeway!

I recently experienced great customer service. I placed an order online to pick up at the store. Part of my order was canceled because it was not in stock at the store. The sales associate kindly reordered my canceled item and had it shipped to me for free. I'm also a fan of the clothes. I rarely run into sizing issues, great quality and easy to care for.

Super friendly and helpful, directed me to the best prices for my budget and helped me pick out a new outfit! Cant wait for spring sales!

Went to this store to purchase summer clothes, but ended up not because I was disgusted with their display of pride flag in their front window. Just thinking how destructive this ideology is to the family unit, mothers, feature mothers and the role of men and fathers, I couldn’t bare it. I walked out without buying anything. I will not be returning and I gave a headsup to the people I know.

I experienced this a few months ago, as well, but decided to give the store another chance. How is it that a customer enters a retail store and not one employee acknowledges them coming in? How is it that a customer can walk the entire store, past multiple employees, some of whom are talking with each other about their dates this weekend., and not one word to the customer? Not one greeting, not one offer to help. No interaction at all. How can you sell clothes if you don’t acknowledge the customer? By the way, not a good bye either when I left. Lost a customer today for good. Look at the other reviews… a pattern is emerging for this location…

Had a fabulous time shopping at this location with Alicia, Ciara and Karen! This store is immaculate and their customer service is always on point. I shop here primarily for basic pieces and am never disappointed. GREAT STAFF!

I was not greeted nor approached even after walking around for 10 minutes holding several items and being seen by multiple employees. When I asked for a dressing room they were hesitant and never checked on me to see if I needed assistance, although they were regularly checking on other customers. I don’t spend money in establishments with poor customer service. So disappointing because it used to be a great place to shop.

Shopped here last month and no one except the lady behind the sales counter helped me. The two older ladies just sat there talking in their conversation and didn’t even ask if I need a dressing room or anything but once I bought 100+ worth of clothes they wanted to talk. Definitely will stick to the Arlington location

I had a couple clothing articles that I realized were damaged as soon as I got home. I took them back and they immediately exchanged them without any issues! They were kind and very willing to help out any way they could. I greatly appreciate it!
