LOFT

On Saturday 4/11, at approximately 12:30 pm, I visited the Loft location at the Quarry. I was there to return an item that didn't fit. I walked in,no one greeted me,mind you, there were 3 employees nearby. The worst was a chubby associate,wearing a white dress with a pony tail, I wasn't able to get her name. She had the worst attitude and the worst costumer service ever. Loft, please do better. Don't judge and greet everyone.

I am sitting in my car after walking out of this location, and I am in shock. I have never heard a retail worker speak to anyone in such a condescending and rude tone! I was actually waiting in line and overheard the interaction between the customer ahead of me and the sales person. The sales person was rude; condescending and passive aggressive. I could not believe what I was hearing, so I was already worried about being the next Customer. I explained my situation and the exchange that I needed to make. The lady at the counter was so rude, and told me that I could have done this myself online. That is only one of the offensive things she said. She then proceeds to look up the item online and turns her screen towards me and says “show me, show me where it’s available”. I could not believe the way she was speaking to me. So I was like oh my goodness, what is wrong with you? She then says that she’s going to have to ask me to leave because she is not comfortable with my attitude. I already knew that she was upset from the previous Customer, but I did not expect to be treated this way. I am just literally in shock and I almost felt like crying! I grabbed my item and I said that I would take care of it somewhere else. I will never visit this location again! In the past, I have been here, and have been assisted by such a kind and lovely woman, I am so disappointed that she was not here and I got stuck with this woman that really hates her job. I asked her for her name, and she said it was “Miranda“. And then she added, “it might be”. When I asked for the manager, she said that SHE IS THE MANAGER. WOW! I called a different location to ask for the manager’s name and sure enough there is no such person. I cannot believe this.

On 10/16/25, my sisters and I stopped by LOFT at The Quarry while out shopping. The salesperson who helped us (ID #7014349) was wonderful, friendly, patient, and attentive. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was the complete opposite. My overall rating is reflective of the salesperson, variety of merchandise in the store, and the management. While checking out, we noticed that an item advertised as 50% off the clearance price wasn’t ringing up correctly. The salesperson kindly asked the manager for clarification, but the manager responded in a rude, dismissive tone, saying, “What do you want? I’m doing something over here.” We were a bit confused because the salesperson just explained the question. She continued by looking at us asking, “I can’t help you unless you tell me what it is you’re trying to do,” sounding irritated and uninterested in assisting. When we explained the issue, she insisted the item was only 30% off, (despite several identical items being displayed on a rack clearly marked 50% off clearance) and told us "Show me!". When we showed her the rack, she became defensive and claimed the item wasn’t the same and offered 30% off again. After we pointed out that the tags and markings matched , she reluctantly said, “Fine, if that’s what you want! Will 50% off work for you?” in a condescending manner. She then walked away, telling the salesperson to “Give them whatever they want because I have things to do.” It was disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when the salesperson handled the situation so respectfully. The manager’s attitude not only created an uncomfortable interaction but also reflected poorly on the store’s leadership and customer care.

I have been a Loft customer for several years. I usually order on-line for store pickup, in the Quarry area. Yesterday afternoon, I went in to pickup an order. I was in line, at the counter. The sale clerk/account associate walked up and asked the person behind me if she could her her😐😐Wow!! I know I’m not invisible. She asked me what I needed after she helped the customer behind me😐 Is this good customer service? I think not! Do not use the San Antonio Quarry location.

The staff at the Quarry Loft location is unfriendly and unhelpful. 3 staff persons stood at the register talking, didn’t offer to assist me or start a fitting room for me. I prefer to shop at the 281 location even though it’s a smaller store. At least they offer to help.

I have never been here before, but my Aunt wanted to stop... She shops at Loft and I was so impressed by the customer service and even in the dressing room staff were so sweet ... Let's be honest. Being plus size and finally being able to wear XL-L and try on whatever I want has definitely changed... Loved how rhe clothes felt and fit... I'm definitely coming back 🫶🏽

First time at this location and it is 100x better than Cantera! It’s a bigger store, beautiful selection, organized, nice layout, and most of all, better people. I went in during my lunch break (so I was short on time) and the two ladies that were so pleasant. Katherine and Nancy I think were the names but they were literally so sweet, helped me quickly grab a dressing room and then Katherine was super down to earth and not snobbish the way they usually are at cantera. I loved loved all the things I purchased with their help and can’t wait to go back. If you like LOFT, this is the one you want to go to!

Found place to get my clothes with an awesome petite section. The jeans were so soft and they had the cutest tops & dresses. Location great because on the side where BR is on so not in the Quarry part where movie theater is.

I have honestly not had this superior service and kindness in some time. The Manager (sorry I didn’t grab her name), and David who went above and beyond to assist me! I will definitely recommend this store at the Quarry and let others know how helpful the staff were, well stocked, clean and friendly atmosphere!!! Thank you very much!!!!! 💕

I just want to take a minute to thank the associates that helped me out today. Adriana, Sabrina and Rosa were all excellent and very helpful throughout my shopping experience and acted with the utmost professionalism. I don't shop The Loft too often, but they have been having some great deals, and this location made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be a returning shopper! - Also, the curvy, high waisted jeans are phic girl approved. Hop on that $15 jeans sale while you can!
