Been with this company since 2018 as a owner operator. They have good things and bad, as most companies. The biggest problem I have is the maintenance program. They take so much per mile and put it in a bank pool account. It's not a separate account, you get no statement of what you have put in it, or what you have taking out of your account. You have to ask for your balance, and they collect on what interest you would have gotten. The biggest disappointment which I'm living tonight, is they work 0600 to 1300 Monday though Friday, if your load gets canceled on a Friday and they can't find you anything by quiting time. You are stranded till Monday morning. They all just go home, have their family time. No going the extra mile by staying late, or coming in on Saturday to find the driver something else. Nope I'm told to find a nice truck stop for the weekend. We will pay you layover. Ha that's only 120.00 dollars. I'm in Texas in June 90 to 100 degrees. Not happy.
Working with Michelle and the rest of the LSI team has been nothing short of exceptional! If I were to spitball it, I believe we've been working with LSI for the past 3-4 years and their service level has been consistently great. Can always count on them to execute to the highest level while also providing transparent communication through and through! 10/10, would recommend!
Afternoon. I was going north on HWY 52 towards Saint Paul at 10:41 am. At the Mendota on/off ramp. And one of your drivers never moved over as it was crystal clear that driver could have and almost drove me into the ditch. So please remind the drivers about the rules and laws in the state of Minnesota. Or someone else just might.
Almost got ran over by a driver and have yet to contact me back about it.
I was driving on I-94 and passed a guy driving and I waved and he was very nice and waved back and honked his horn so I got the company he was driving for and I am sharing my experience with that one guy because he made my day and how one action can make a difference!:)
Your driver coming up thru Wisconsin on I90 may 9th at 815pm really lacks professionalism going well above posted speed and passing on right side next to another semi all to cut him off and then had the audacity to cuss over the radio when called out for the way he's driving.... All it takes is one driver to make your company look bad sure wish I got his truck number but I'm sure you have a way to look him up was a blue truck pulling an lsi trailer
