Lovely place can take kids for a walk ,lot of people walking theirs dogs or with their kids hanging around
David from this company came out to our house last Saturday to check what's wrong with our garage door. He was able to diagnose our problem in no time when multiple other garage door guys came out and could not figure it out. David is great!! He's polite, courtesy and professional. I will definitely call them again for any of my garage door needs.
This is NOT the place to park if you have a large SUV or even worse, a long wheelbase pickup. The garage has very tight turns and all of the lower level spaces are either reserved or compact. You will spend 5 minutes trying to find a space, and will be fearing damage as you maneuver the tight spaces.
I had a great experience with this company. The garage door cable was broke, they arrived fast and fix the problem same day. The technician took the time to explain me how to maintain my garage door to keep it in good condition. Thanks
Standard parking lot in Uptown Charlotte. Had issues with the exit automated machine first needing to be rebooted and then not accepting credit cards... but the help button actually worked and connected me to someone who did help right away!
Tight corners for large vehicles and within walking distance to Panthers stadium.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. The person that I spoke with was not helpful and extremely RUDE. Would NOT recommend.
