DO NOT PARK HERE. We have parked in this lot for half a decade and never any issues. Most recently, we received a $97 fine for over staying the time we paid for by no more than 30 minutes. This parking lot is a TOTAL scam now. Avoid at all costs or you will be surprised with a $97 fine.
I paid for parking and the app clearly showed that I was parked in the correct zone, but I still received a ticket. The enforcement process seems inaccurate and unfair. Customers should not be penalized when the app confirms the correct parking zone and payment was completed. Very frustrating experience.
My car was vandalized last night while I was at a concert at the AAC. Both passenger windows broken. After speaking with other victims in the parking lot last night, there were at least 4 other cars in the same lot that had similar vandalism with broken windows while owners were at the same concert. Safety seems to be a major issue at this lot, as I just noticed another similar experience from a review left 2 weeks prior to my incident. I recommend avoiding using this lot, or maybe utilizing a ride-share service or public transportation as this may be a larger indication of crime issues relative to the City of Dallas
Car got broken into along with multiple others in the lot. Happens frequently. Also they’ll charge you a late registration parking fee after a grace period. Even if there’s no loss of funds for them over $55
Parking is good during the day. But if you are paying keep your recipts you will keep getting mailers for non payment even after paying for it
I'm looking for true love
Received a $97 bill in the mail for parking longer than the "estimated" time. If you don't estimate correctly, and unless you're checking emails while having a great time with family and patronizing the surrounding businesses, they will get you. I would have no problem settling up on the minutes I went over at a reasonable fee. But $97 is predatory.
Very close to the American Airlines Arena. You can pay digitally and your car will always be secure.
