They helped me get all my documents translated and put into the correct format for submission to the Consulate. No issues and they did a great job!
I began my effort to obtain dual citizenship with a different company, but they chose not to advise me of changes in the consulate’s paperwork requirements. That cost me a year. I switched over to GL and regret not doing so sooner. Dott. Meschino provided complete, accurate, and timely information. He helped obtain all the needed documents, including birth records from Italy and U.S. naturalization papers – which are sometimes quite difficult to obtain in a timely fashion -- along with translations and apostilles. I choose to do the filing in Italy with the help of Global Luminoso. That process was fast and easy. Dott. Meschino’s colleagues in Italy were very helpful and very easy to work with. Everyone — including the commune officials and police — was friendly. They even laughed at bad jokes in my barely intelligible Italian. Dott. Meschino and his colleagues were able to accommodate some scheduling constraints I had, which required two short trips rather than the more usual single trip. I should also say a couple of words about staying in Itri. I had a very good time. The town is small, but the castle and museum are quite interesting, as is the historical center. It is a short drive to loads of interesting places: Gaeta, Caserta, Sporlonga, etc. I made day hikes in a couple of national and regional parks, which all proved quiet and beautiful. A day trip to Naples is a possibility. The B&B was lovely and friendly.
Domenico and his team helped me and my three kids obtain Italian citizenship in a professional and timely manner for a fair and reasonable fee. I can easily recommend them to obtain dual Italian/American citizenship.

As for Luminosa, I can’t carry a tune, but I can honestly sing its praises. Which is to say, based on my extremely positive personal experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Meschino and his team at Luminosa.
