Extremely annoying and out of touch. Got called several times while I was unemployed being told every time they'd set up an interview with different companies for various roles and they never once did. Been employed for nearly a year now and they still call regularly pretending to be friendly asking if I'm open to opportunities. They can't even pronounce my name correctly... Waste of time.

Unhelpful and useless. Everytime I reach out to a recruiter or a recruiter reaches out to me, I leave feeling like I just reminded them how to do their jobs.
I’ve been absolutely harassed by recruiters from LVI for months. Multiple calls and texts in a row in the early hours of the morning, message after message after message, phone calls on my work phone. Divya and Miles will not take no for an answer and are now calling me on a holiday MULTIPLE times. I’ll be forced to escalate this harassment issue if I’m EVER contacted again by LVI. Incredibly off-putting recruiting method.
