We just used McMillan PLLC to facilitate a $4MM+ commercial purchase and NNN lease back using 1031 exchange funds. We were referred to Annie Turner from a RE Broker, and I was impressed from the start. Annie was the utmost professional, and hands down the most responsive and attentive attorney I have used in the past decade. There are less expensive lawyers out there, but in this case I definitely feel like we got what we paid for, and I would highly recommend.
