I guess the do go by appt, but they were able go get me in. Place has a Gate and a no overnight parking sign. Friendly staff
So the original arrival time was 10:00am, they didn’t arrive until 1:00pm. Upon arrival, they did a walk through pointing out the things that were on the list provided. They began loading a10’ U-Haul rental with bags and boxes and I’m confused because why not grab couches? Finally when they decided to grab the couches, the issue was they couldn’t get the couch through the door. He had no tools because his answer was to take the door off the hinges, however the issue was THE DOOR WASN’T OPEN ALL THE WAY 😩 Finally, he just said he’d prefer to take the loss after putting us 3 hours behind and now a day behind. He was unprofessional and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The young man was great, he unloaded the bags and boxes off the U-Haul rental by himself. I tried to tip HIM via Apple Pay or Zelle but he only had cash app. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this business unless you only have bags and boxes to move, you may also want to rent your own truck that way you ensure it’s big enough for your move
By appointment only, no overnight, you can sleep at 1201 Perry rd. Unloading docks 6.7.8. Really tight. Company should remove parked cars next to 6-8 dock at least. 1-2 hour unloading time
Flat zero star... from attitude to communication to professionalism. Blind spot parking, cars parked in front of the docks...They skipped my loading turn for few degrees difference from required temp( with open doors) let me wait for 5-6 hours without explanation, I tried contacting anyone from the inside fro few hours and it was when they went on a break to open the door... the supervisor was ok though... however ill try to avoid this place
I went there YESTERDAY before appointment ask them to unload, the RECIVING PERSONS help me and unload my Truck in 30 minutes there is no words to say about there KINDNESS AND HELPFUL NATURE PERSONS. SUPER AWESOME PERSONS, THANKS TO ALL YOUR TEAM. GREAT WORK 👍 👌 👍 👌.
Load between 24-29, shipping office next to 29. Push silver button on door to get someone to help you(Not the office window). Dock area kinda tight, plus there's cars parked there. Had to loop around and back up to 29. Took over 4 hours to get loaded. They said they had people call in sick, 2 forklifts were broken, and management slowed the forklifts down because they were driving too fast.
Never purchased a truck so easily. Was only there a couple hours, not all day like most dealerships. Cliff and Jessica will hook you up. Great staff
Great place to deliver to. The staff is nice and friendly. Only had one altercation which was my fault, but I just didn't like the way that the guy approached me.
I have been here 8hrs late 8hrs early and right on time, always loaded in 30 min or less, and greeted by polite and respectful dock workers. A great place to load.
Go all the way to the end for shipping. Ring the bell that is outside the door before entering and wait. The guy that loaded us was super fast and very efficient!
