Came in for a suit rental for an upcoming wedding and was greeted with incredible service. Marco was very knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and really came in clutch with all my questions. Really appreciated the service and plan to be back again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! My fiancé and I came in to pick up his jacket after it had been altered. We were next in line, yet the woman working the register pushed us aside twice to help customers who were standing behind us. When she finally decided to help us and asked what we were picking up, I started to explain that it was a jacket that had been altered. Before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said, “I’m going to need more details than that,” with a very rude attitude. I then gave her the name the order was under and explained again that we were there to pick up the altered jacket. After that, she turned to my fiancé and asked him what the name was as if I hadn’t just said it. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The comments weren’t “passive” — they were just straight up rude and said with an ugly attitude. It honestly felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience for simply picking up an order that was ready. For a place that deals with weddings and formal events, you would expect at least basic professionalism and respect toward customers. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here.
