The customer service at this Men’s Wearhouse is not good. I called 2 days ago asking for assistance entering sizing information for a groomsmen who lives outside of the states and cannot come in person to be sized. I was put on hold and then asked to provide my contact information for a call back to have sizing entered. No one ever called. Fast forward to today, I call in and asked to provide sizing for the groomsmen’s suit, to which I was now told that they cannot take that information over the phone. I was told that the process is that I must come in person with the sizing and make payment same day. Not sure how this makes sense considering that if the groomsman lives outside of the country why would it be expected that someone other than him make payment on his behalf in person? Regardless, I thanked the gentleman for his help, to which he hung up the phone line with no response. Interesting experience, and I won’t ever do business with this location again outside of this. If you need to go to Mens Wearhouse in the Memphis area, the Southaven location is a much better option based on my prior interactions with them.
Going this two stars because of the regional guy that fitted me and the young gentleman that assisted me on the evening of June 16th (they personally get 5 stars each). Just left out picking up my suit that had to have alterations and the customer service was horrible! Was told to come back because it wasn’t ready yet and the two employees (older lady maybe 70 with blonde hair) didn’t part her lips to speak, but kept looking which I thought was weird. Left and came back to pick up my suit and Thank God the young man that serviced me the day prior had come in. He was great and she still failed to greet us, but kept staring. I will definitely never visit this location again. If you’re going to stare, at least speak. Have some decorum.
Just purchased from MW for the first time and I cannot express enough how much of a pleasure it was. Natalie assisted me and was THE best. Highly recommended. I will be back.
Amero at Men’s Warehouse took care of my fiancé so well! He was nice, patient, and answered all of our questions with knowledge and understanding of the suits. Mr jimmy the tailor was nice as well. Overall the experience was delightful :). We were there for a church event, but they have suits for every occasion.
Went in for a specific suit, advertised 30% off on the website. Went in to the Wolfchase location for my husband to find the right size, they had the size and color we needed, but it rang up full price. Jose asked his manager Brandi if we could honor the sale price from Google, and she matched the price. Very friendly and efficient. In and out in 20 minutes! Great store, staff, will shop there again!
I wish I had the name of the gentleman who helped us. Let me back up. Sweetie had to have a suit. When we walked in, we weren't sure what he wanted or what his choices would be. I'm sure we looked lost. Within 5 minutes, a young lady asked if we needed help. I think we both shrugged at her. I eventually told her not yet, but that we definitely would. She went on to advise me when we needed her, just to come to the back room, that's where she would be. If she was paying attention, the look on my face should have let her in on my dissatisfaction with that. Really? So she walked off. I guess she went to the back room. We looked for a few more minutes & Sweetie tried on a couple of jackets. At this time, a young man asked if we needed help & we asked for assistance finding pants to match a jacket he liked. That guy was with us the entire visit. He had just the right amount of help & advice. He was not pushy, did not treat us like we were dumb as rocks (despite that being pretty close to accurate concerning our knowledge of suit buying). He was so helpful. I was not looking forward to this shopping trip with Sweetie AT ALL. But this guy made it more than pleasant. I just wish I had his name so I could praise him. He was nothing but wonderful. Sweetie got a suit, shirt and even a PURPLE tie!!
