I’ve used Metro for several projects in the past. Great experience every time! I even recommended them to my son and he hired them to finish some additions on his house. I highly recommend Chris Price and his crew!
They did a kitchen remodel and it took four months. This company has no communication with the workers they send to do the work. Not one of them knew what they were contracted to do. I had to constantly tell them what was supposed to be done. They made excuses for everything that wasn’t done, like a part had to be ordered or we didn’t know you wanted that. It was on the contract. They never came to reseal my new countertops they installed although I was promised on multiple days in a row that they would send out the granite person the result was no calls and no shows. After calling the office on multiple occasions and promises of calls from the manager. I had no response from anyone. I finally had to tell them not to come back to my house. I made lists for them every week reviewing what needed to be done. They have some talented craftsman but unless you want to be the foreman of your remodel, DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. You constantly have to make sure things are done correctly.
Chris Price and Metro builders completely changed the look of our home. In a good way. There were several places of rot on the siding and trim. They repaired and replaced the bad places, and painted our entire house. They also replaced the roof. Chris’ team worked quickly and were always polite and professional. Chris worked with us and our budget and the results were outstanding. He was always prompt with responses and he communicated very well, always keeping us in the loop. We have already recommended metro builders to 4 other families. He is an honest regular guy who will work hard to do you and your family right.
I had an excellent experience at Metro Builders! Ashley helped me and was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She was patient, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish!
