I had the worse experience with this company. They first obligated me to pay up front the whole amount, which I had no problem, but after everything we went through I learned why they want your money up front. I ordered a stretched Limo in black, the limo arrived on time. I said I had 2 personal security and one had to sit in the front with the driver. The passenger seat was occupied with box of water, and other miscellaneous stuff, my security had to help move it to the trunk. After we drove to the Miami Airport to pick up a model that arrived from NY. The transmission of the limo was slipping badly, not only that but the driver would go over sidewalks and at times would press hard on the brakes making the people in the back hold on to someone near. After the driver said they are swapping limos because of the transmission. They swap it for a white limo which is not what we asked or paid for. The black limo with transmission problems when it arrived was dirty outside, looked like a raggedy limo and inside as well, dusty and smelly. The white limo had a little better appearance but also dirty and inside on the seat we found a nasty comb full of greasy hair stuff. We rented the limo for 6 hours and we returned it before the 6 hours because we had just had enough embarrassment with our models and a producer we are working with. I spoked to the manager who spoked to the owner and after I said my company expectations were at a level they sold themselves to me, all he said was he did the best he could. Well I will never use them again and they didn’t offer a refund back that’s why they collected the money before the trip even started we paid cash. They lost my business and I don’t like to leave negative review but if you want quality and have high expectations like I did, don’t use this company because you will definitely make you look bad.

I use VIP Limo for my personal travels AND for client travels. The vehicles are always clean. The drivers are always prompt and courteous. The communication is EXCELLENT!
They engage in illegal practices of charging a port entry fee and tolls of $14. There is NO FEE to enter a cruise port. Not only that, the payment must be in CASH ONLY paid to the driver. When I requested a non-toll road, they told me that I still had to pay the additional $14. I asked her why? She said that the limo has to park. I asked her what type of car was booked because i didn't request a limo. She said an SUV. So why would he have to park if he's dropping me off? So you're being charged for the ride when you purchase the ticket, then charged an ADDITIONAL $14 to be paid in cash only to the driver. If this isn't a SCAM I don't know what is. When I questioned this additional fee, they canceled my booking. That right there tells you that they know it's illegal. Book elsewhere.
