Momentum 360

Very disappointing experience. My Google Business Profile has been suspended since early October, and after hiring Momentum 360 on October 22, I never received any proof that an appeal was submitted—no Case ID, no screenshot, nothing. Communication was slow and I had to chase updates. I only paid a small deposit, but I still expected professionalism and some evidence of progress. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that, and I can’t recommend their service.

I had a very very difficult time reinstating my Google business profile, these guys work their butts off over a 4-month period to get me reinstated even when it got difficult they still stayed the course on my behalf and was able to get me reinstated. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone dealing with this issue and I am very appreciative that they stayed the course. Google suspended our business profile unexpectedly after we moved to a new primary location. We had spent many years cultivating a positive reputation in our area and we relied heavily on our Business profile, but when our profile was suspended it resulted in a very strong decrease in our lead generation, additionally we relied heavily on our existing Google reputation to qualify our value and professionalism to new clients. We appealed our suspension several times to no avail, even posting in the support forum for help. When Momentum Digital reached out to me and offered to assist us with getting our profile reinstated, we were at a loss. But they were tenacious and fought on our behalf for months and helped us feel informed and assured all the way through the process. In the end our profile was reinstated successfully, and Momentum went above and beyond to ensure that our profile was completely suspension proof and they helped educate us and keep us up to date on how the process was going. Their team was professional, helpful, and got the job done! Thank you Momentum digital. We cannot recommend them enough!

Do not hire this company for anything. I hired them to get my google business unsuspended. All the other companies were doing it free and you only pay if they get you unsuspended. But this guy lied to me and said they were the best and that only they could get my account unsuspended. Liars. They didn’t do anything for the money and I’m not even kidding they just flat out took my money and did nothing. It was such BS that I just locked them outta my account after realizing I knew more then they did about google my business. I wouldn’t hire these guys again for anything..I don’t believe any of the reviews they have, it’s so easy nowadays to fake reviews and I truly believe this company is doing that if they are treating people like they did me. Edit: the owner contacted me and offered me my money which I took but I knew it was only because of the review. Either way companies should treat every customer good because they themselves can leave a review.
