Terrible salespeople. If you live in an apartment complex, they will find one of your neighbors to let them in. And then after they're done talking to your neighbor? They will go door to door soliciting every other person in your building with some scammy sales pitch about how your area has a "high carbon level" or something while saying they're authorized by PECO as if that makes them trustworthy. They will not leave the building when told they are trespassing.
Krys is a great salesman he knows the product and will explain so you feel like you know it just as well if krys knocks on your door you are in good hands.
Chris was a exceptional employee who helped me to understand about deregulations and the need for clean energy he explained everything in detail and left me with no questions I was very satisfied with his help
Krys explained everything there was to know about deregulation and that it was a good thing to have a supplier I really am satisfied with the decision I made and the service I got....

Absolutely horrible, scammy and dishonest behavior. This man knocked on my door presenting himself as "working for the energy company" and here to help provide me with a clear understanding about gow to get clean energy and for a good price. Talking about my house CO2 emissions and some random BS faster than I could ask questions. He "wanted to check if my rate is fair according to philadelphia and guide me to get a better one" As soon as he looked at my bill he started to note down some information and tell me his phone was broken and he will have an agent call me "right now to verify the information" but " tell them I left and out it on speaker so I will guide you with thumbs up and thumbs down". This man quickly noted my customer ID WITHOUT MY CONSENT and started to fill it in on his IPAD while i receive a call from someone I don't even know. Once I told rhe person over rhe phone the agent is here with me they hung up. He told me to do it again but lie about his presence "otherwise they will hung up because it is not good for our safety". Once I caught something wrong was going on he started to tell me I need to take the call to confirm because "that's it you are signed up". What the hell ??? I never agreed to sign up to anything, to change provider or for him to note down my information !!! I chased him away and called PECO to make sure no change was made. This incredibly scummy and deceiving behavior straight from how scams operate. Apparently this company thinks it's ok to lie to people and deceive them into switching providers for them. Shame on you for doing this kind of job knowingly.
