They retroactive increased all of my claims from last year with no warning or explanation and will not respond to any request for contact.
Has not been good at all. Many at my place of employment including myself have had headaches with these guys. What’s worse, is that they expect the customer to educate the doctors and insurance companies on their product.
We have worked with this company for almost 8 years. Everyone is spectacular, everyone should have this company for their insurance. They help you to live, amongst health issues or concerns. Thank you for your hard work, help and kindness.
Cassie was a life changer and resource when I was at my worst and healthcare hit. I was a mess but they guided me to the right resources, helped me make sense of my doctor visits and fought me to get the best care and even helped me make sure billing was right. Can’t say enough about this whole group of professionals.
All I can say is terrible....I am caller 1 with a wait time of 1-3 minutes. I've been waiting 45 minutes!!!!!
