Great customer service!
They embroidered my wife's lab coats and jacket, they messed up the colors and they said they could not do anything because it was going to damage the clothes, and they just said "Sorry we will do it right next time". I could not do anything because it was already paid and even when they accepted their error they did not do anything to make it up. I don't recommend the place, search somewhere else.
The service was GREAT. When I called, the young lady who answered was very polite and friendly. The staff was very polite I went in to place my order and they understood my request. I was in and out of there and My order was ready on time with no issues. I will be back soon!!

I paid fee for overnight service which was not completed on time and they refused to refund me the overnight fee. Never had this issue before but definitely will not be using this business again.

I stopped to get a quote on the price for a simple patch with one word on it, and the ladies at the front counter seemed so disinterested in helping me even tho I was the only person in the store at the time, and both ended up walking off as I was in the middle of talking to them, one of them carrying on a conversation with another employee and the other disappearing completely. I’ll definitely be shopping around before I purchase anything here.
