Spoke with Brandon within their billing department. Immediately expressed anger on the phone. I was trying to figure out how to receive a receipt... he wound up hanging up the phone on me and telling me I called the wrong company and wouldn't try to help me. I told him this is terrible service and he hung up the phone on me.
I’d rate this broker transporter 100 stars. I’ve done about 7 loads with them by now. I get sent to the agent I have always been with and this avoids confusion. I’ve gotten to know him so well that I am fully comfortable with them handling these vehicles. Thanks for good business.
This company arranged my transport for a 2016 Mazda isport from Texas to Ohio. They got me set up with 0 extra fees or charges along the way. The driver was quick to reply to me when I needed a status update of sorts.
I needed a round trip transport basically meaning I was getting a car shipped from Kansas to Florida and then needed one shipped back the same day the first one arrived. The same driver was able to do both without a problem thankfully. I feel so secure with this company that I have recommended them and will use them many more times!!!!!!!
After waiting for more than a week, the broker I used to make my reservation never assigned me a driver. Everything was simply improved after I found COMPANY. The following day, they allocated my carrier! Easy as ever.
I appreciate that the transportation went as planned. I'm glad to write this evaluation following my second flawless shipping from Nationwide Auto Transport. They really had a driver willing to take it for that amount in an enclosed trailer, despite the fact that I paid for open transport. A big benefit indeed.
Dylan is definitely a man of his word!!! He told me my car was going to be there at a certain time which has me nervous due to my car damages from another company. And it was there, perfectly fine and I couldn't be more satisfied with them!!!
