The worst site to get into! I've registered the account and every day it tells me my password is wrong, I have to call, they help me get into it with a temporary password and I reset my password to the exact password that I use for everything and I'm 100% positive, the very next day it tells me my password is incorrect. I'm hopeful that the site will improve or maybe our doctor's office will change companies. Idfk.
My cancer center recently began using Navigating Cancer software. I could not sign-on and the tech at the cancer center could not help me create an account. She gave me the Navigating Care telephone number for additional help and at 72 years old I dreaded talking to someone "above my knowledge." To my surprise a lovely representative named Debra patiently assisted me and had me up and running in 5 minutes! She was not only patient but assured me we would fix the problem. Thank you Debra for the ability to sign-on and the pointers for the website.
This is absolutely the worst site I have ever seen!!! I have been trying since last night to sign in to the site to find out what my husband's PSA is. Of course, we are anxious to know. He has active cancer and it is scary each time he has his PSA done. The oncologist's office is taking hours to call me back. I still haven't heard from them. This site will not let me sign in. I hate it. I have called and the woman who answered blamed the problem on my computer. And, she was extremely RUDE!!! She thinks I am using an outdated foreign tablet or some other equipment. I am using a modern, nice, desktop computer. And, I do not have problems with any other site. If I am able to give my email address & password to Navigating Cancer, the next thing that comes up is a page that says that the page cannot be found or that they have an error on the site. Sometimes, the email address page will not even come up, so I can't do anything. This is extremely irritating!!!!! Please fix the problem.
This is the worst site ever. I have been trying for 2 months to sign into my account and have not been able to. And not a single response from them.
