I had a last minute DIY project and needed some fabric embroidered. I needed it done asap and she got the job done so beautifully! I only waited 30 minutes max. I am so happy with the outcome. Would so recommend to anyone! 😍🥰
Always come here for any embroidery needs, at my most recent visit when I was picking up my order there was a gentleman working instead of the usual woman I work with, upon pickup he asked if I was happy with the results, to which I replied “Yes” he then said “So where is my tip” I was taken aback but handed him 2$ because it’s all the cash I had… he then had the AUDACITY to say “That’s it??” And say he could run my card for additional tip if I didn’t have cash. This interaction left me literally speechless.. he continued to ask at least 3 more times for a tip. I will probably never be back after spending hundreds of dollars due to the treatment I received from this man. If you encounter the lady that usually works here she is super friendly and helpful but do not stop if the guy is there.

These guys have been taking care of me for the past 8+ years. I don’t even ask for the price anymore because everytime I get more than what I pay for. I have met three members of the family and each of them are wonderful people. *7-30-25 Ever since the owner went back to his UPS business, Needle Magic has gone down hill. The sister is amazing, but the nephew is beyond intolerable. He started asking for tips, he has a tip jar out too. If you need a tip, just raise your prices. And lastly, it seems like all you can get done is maybe shirts. No backpacks, or lunchboxes. Almost made 10 years of service with you guys. I’m off to Riveroaks for better service and quality. Tried calling but nephew answers and he’s the problem with the store. Please bring back the owner or bring the sister on full time.
Hands down the best embroidery ever. Their customer service is top tier. Jay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made sure to keep in touch throughout the process by sending pictures and updates. This is my current go to for all things custom.
I used Needle Magic to have my son's name put on his jacket. Needle Magic was fast, accurate, and friendly. They're located on the 2nd floor of Hulen Mall, across from H&M.
Needle Magic has been my go-to for embroidery needs for years. I have never been disappointed. Everything always turns out much better than I have imagined!
