They need better hours and a contact number. The bin outside.to leave your cloths donation is just a box inviting people to steal and help themselves. Its a joke. The box has a simple latch. I donated good, clean cloths for disadvantaged students. Not for someone to stick their hands in and help themselves.
Well run and organized. Must obtain vouchers from school counselors to receive clothing. Volunteers take time to explain program and use of vouchers. It's also set up so that kids are not dragging donated clothes through the hallways of school to be made fun of or otherwise. It helps to keep the families identity confidential as best as it can be. A very well thought out program with many a smiling face to greet you and helaccomo. Would like to see more Saturday hours to accomodate the kids that are in school but I realize it may be a lack of volunteers that set the hours.
NEISD Clothes Closet has been a tremendous blessing to my family. I'm extremely grateful for the program, the people who donate the clothes, the most of all, the TIME donated by those who keep the Clothes Closet open and running. I can't wait to be able to give back as well. Thank you!
Great place for families to get clothes for free that are gently used. The families have to be on the reduce lunch program. They must go through their counselors at school.
The workers here seem pretty cool and customer service is decent enough for the amount of people that they get daily. Very clean decent prices, check it out I guess
