I sold them a used Prius that I posted on Facebook marketplace. After dealing with a million scammers there, Matt from Newton Auto reached out to me and matched the best offer I received. Even more - I had to wait a few weeks to get the title back from New Hampshire because I recently changed addresses and Matt and his guys had no problem writing up a bill of sale and waiting until the title arrived. They honored their offer without any issue whatsoever. Its a fresh experience to have a used car dealer treat people fairly and respectfully. I'm sure I'll work with them again :)

I recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra from Newton Auto Sales. Since I was driving from central Vermont to buy the vehicle, it was important that the truck was as advertised in every respect. Stan was great to work with and the vehicle was in better condition than I thought it would be. I am super satisfied with the whole experience from my first contact to the end of the sale. Stan actually sent me a personal item I accidentally left in my trade in. Top notch and trustworthy. It was not a typical car dealer experience. Very pleasant and efficient!

Bought a 2016 civic from these guys earlier this year & it has been nothing but a headache since I got it. Firstly the airbag light was on a week after I drove the car & they would not fix it when I called multiple times over it just said screw it ill just go fix it on my own, with labor & the part was about $400. On top of that it’s been nothing but issue after issue. Seems as if no one actually looked at the car, the person that sold it basically just brought it in & they didn’t even look at the car & purchased it. I don’t know seemed like very nice people before I bought the car but when issues arose they showed their true colors. I’ve had nothing bad experiences for the past 9 months with this car.
