You only need to meet the NinjaOne team once to understand that passion is what drives them. They are so focused on their customer satisfaction, it's crazy. They host a ton of webinars to help their customers and gather feedback, and their platform is evolving beautifuly! I recommend them if you need a fantastic platform to manage, patch, remote, monitor, report on all your devices. What a wonderful product they have!
Have tried several times to reach out to this company with negative response for simply cancelling due to not getting my business up and running as quick as I planned. The software is great but very disappointed with the customer service after attempting to cancel and continuing to be charged. Will have to attempt to dispute with bank unfortunately.
Experienced a great time at the NinjaOne HQ last week. Great hospitality, great staff and the atmosphere was electric. Thank you NinjaOne for being such a gracious host!
On their site, I quickly received a basic layman's education in software connectivity and security. Thank you.
