We hired Rudy in 2022 to complete several renovations in our home, including the kitchen, a bathroom, the stairs, and a bedroom. This was our first home, and we trusted him to complete the work correctly. Recently, we lost water to the entire house. After calling the city and multiple licensed plumbers, we eventually discovered that the main shut-off valve had been tiled over and left inaccessible inside the shower wall. The valve had slowly closed over time, and the only way to restore water was to break the shower tile and remove it. We reached out to Rudy, provided photos, and explained the situation. I offered a reasonable arrangement where he would cover only part of the repair cost. He refused and became upset that we hired a licensed plumber to correct the issue. To clarify, he performed plumbing work despite not being a licensed plumber. At this point, we have received no reimbursement or support. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend hiring him. The decision to tile over a main shut-off valve created a serious and expensive problem for us, and his handling of the situation afterward was unprofessional.
Two Parts: 1. We had Rudy come out and provide us a bid for a very large concrete patio we wanted. It was stamped and colored. His bid was very competitive and we chose him because he was very personable, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. He, and his team, did an excellent job building our backyard patio. We could not be happier. After that job was complete, we had him install a gas firepit as well and it turned out awesome. See pictures. We now have hired his company again to build our patio roof and I have no doubt it will turn out incredible. I could not recommend Rudy and his company enough. See attached pictures! 2. Couple years later we had him come out and build a roof over the patio. I came out exactly how we envisioned it. More pictures attached. He has a fantastic crew and they were very professional once again and flexible to my needs.
Rudy and team were amazing to work with. They brought our backyard vision come to life and then some. We had 3 different contractors come out to discuss out patio remodel and Rudy was the only one who took it to the next level and suggested moving our retaining wall back to give us more grass. He also was the most reasonably priced even with the additional retaining wall project. Would highly recommend!!!

Olave construction knocked it out of the park. We did an entire house remodel, definitely stressful but it turned out amazing. Thing’s definitely popped up that weren’t expected but Rudy and his team new what they were doing and everything went as planned. Thank you so much for making it happen

They came out and gave great recommendations, and accommodated some changes, midway, and finished up with a stellar product. The ease at working with Rudy, and his willingness to accommodate change, so easily, truly made this Project work out well.ll When they say that they are concerned with a customer getting the best experience possible, it is evident. There are 1000 different companies that do with these guys do, but very few deliver what they say, from start to finish.. Not to mention, Rudy is about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.
Rudy and his crew did an amazing job fixing the siding on our house and painting. Very reliable, detailed-oriented, cost effective, and the nicest crew. We were extremely happy with the services Rudy and his crew provided.
We hired Rudy for a kitchen demo and remodel and would definitely hire him again. He was aware of our timeline and did everything in his power to meet it. Him and his team were thorough and personable and were very respectful of our property and time of day they worked. Rudy was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions/changes/concerns and was very eager to listen to what we envisioned and made it happen. A good contractor is hard to come by but we definitely lucked out by hiring Rudy. Would highly recommend!
