This place is super crowded, with a long line. The staff take orders attentively and politely, always with a smile. The shop is inside a large building with many seating areas, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.
The coffee is good. Drip coffee, espresso, americano lattés, cortados, you name it they do excellent coffee. Very smooth tasting coffee. Must order the TRIFFECTA. If I was local I would get this when I'm really tired. OCR is Better and busier than starbucks by all seattle locals. I always go every year and take a Big Truck 5lb bag to go for my espresso machine at home. Sweetheart coffee beans rotate seasonally as they source them from different fincas. This downtown location wasn't open the last time I visited. If they don't get your order right just let them know and they will be happy to fix it. Olympia Coffee Roasters is a must try if your visiting Seattle. Forget about starbucks. Parking is very limited, but their is a garage across the street.

I visited this café hoping to enjoy a quiet time reading a book. The atmosphere was nice at first, and I ordered a 12oz hot mocha for my friend and a 12oz iced vanilla latte for myself, since I prefer sweet coffee. We also tried the morning pastry, which was very delicious. The total came to $22, which felt a bit pricey for just two drinks and a pastry. While I appreciated the cozy vibe, unfortunately, many people were chatting loudly, especially a large group of Chinese customers. Their noise made it very difficult to concentrate on my reading, which was quite disappointing
The place seems to be very popular with people who want a good coffee. To my surprise, the stand is inside a building; it's not a shop, but a small café stand. However, that doesn't detract from the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere inside, as you escape the noise of the city center. Cozy and private.
Hidden gem inside an office building—feels way more upscale and spacious than you’d expect. The latte was smooth, clean, and perfectly balanced. Great spot for a quick stop that still feels premium.
09-01-2025 From the outside one cannot tell that this shop is a huge place with warm coffee and yummy pastries to enjoy. I came across the place a few days on Yelp before arriving in Seattle. Glad I had a chance to visit with my family for a light breakfast. Great place to hang out with friends that provides many seating areas. We enjoyed our experience here.
I really like this coffee shop because it’s stylish, spacious, and has beautiful architecture with high ceilings. The coffee is good, but it’s almost always busy since it’s located in downtown Seattle and is a popular spot. The atmosphere around the shop can feel a little hectic—there are often many homeless people nearby, though they usually don’t come inside. To use the restroom, you need to ask a staff member for a ticket that you scan to get in. One downside is that there’s no street parking available, so plan ahead if you’re driving. Overall, it’s a great place if you enjoy vibrant downtown energy and don’t mind the crowds.
The seasonal coffee was wonderful and the almond pinwheel was particularly delicious. The location is in an office building, so the seating is less of a coffee shop and more of a lobby, but not in a bad way. The staff were great. Would definitely return.
Former 4th wave barista here. I had the Trifecta, which was perfectly made. Milk-based drinks are a test of staff training, whereas batch brew tests a cafe’s systems. This spot clearly has both locked in. Well done Olympia
