Worst company ever! Thank God property management got fired and new owners took over! The beginning of a new life with new management team.
I've lived in an Onion Flats building for a couple years now and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It has it all: affordability, new build + new appliances, parking, free storage, reliable maintenance (shoutout to Javi!), safety, etc. Heather specifically has been the best to work with. She's with you from start to finish. She treats you like family and you can tell she truly cares about her tenants - answering every text, call, and email super fast and always with a goal to fix any problem right away if one arises. She actually gets to know the people living in the building. I've never lived anywhere where management cares about their tenants like they do. The building is well-maintained with a cleaning crew coming in every week to clean the common areas. The best part is Onion Flats chooses respectable tenants so you know your neighbors are going to feel like family as well. I can't recommend them enough.
RUN as fast as you can. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Let me move into a dirty apartment, ignores tenant requests, tries blaming me for mistakes they were meant to address before a new tenant moved into the unit. Neglectful and a pain to deal with. You’re better off renting with someone else.
Terrible with ruining neighborhoods. Not sure why anyone would live in one of their buildings. They lie and tear down landmarks as they’re currently doing with two beautiful historic bank buildings in Kensington.
I could go on and on, but I don’t want to rant...or relive it. I just wanted to back up the recent reviews and confirm that this place blows. Save yourself the hardship, and find something better.
Moving in today really kool building hope it's a good fit for me and my friends
We Love Them...Energy Efficient !!
Amazing service
