Been there on multiple occasions and everyone is very kind and helpful. Even when I go back after months and months they still remember my name and ask how I’ve been. Phenomenal service and great clothing as well, I love the jogger pants!

Great expertise at this store. I loved the design of the clothes and really enjoyed the great style. The service team was very supportive and easy to work with. The clothes felt like a high quality but not exorbitantly priced. I’ll definitely check them out again.

Did not have the best experience at this store! It was my first time and a staff member I believe her name is Maria or Mariah came and greeted me so lovely also asked me if I needed help with anything. At that moment I was just looking around. I stated that and let her know that I would find her when I found something. Within a few minutes I found the perfect piece of clothing but needed my size. When I went to go get the girl, she was sitting down with another girl which I assume is her girlfriend because they were being a little intimate with eachother. Very unprofessional if you ask me. How do you allow your employees to let their significant others just hang out in the store?!? And your employees not be paying attention to if a customer needs help or the store all around. The atmosphere gives a cozy vibe but not for employees to have a passionate time with a person they are involved with. Holding hands and leaning all over someone and being very handsy is extremely inappropriate for a work setting. For sure not stepping foot in there ever because clearly things like that happen often and management allows it.

Very cool shop! Great quality clothing and chic! Awesome pop-up Barber Shop inside with The Velo Barber, Julian Howard! What a cool idea concept to have fashion and personal care. Great, professional and very friendly service. He is incredibly detail-oriented to what you want for a cut.

The store is beautiful and everyone there was super sweet and helpful. Great clothes and great gifts. There was construction outside and even with that it was a great store!

Clothing is exceptional, high quality and staff is super friendly. Also got a haircut from the in-house barber, Instagram is @thevelobarber, and it was one of the best cuts I’ve ever received. Overall an awesome shopping and styling experience.

Super cool store! Went in last week for some new clothes and was surprised by an awesome pop up by Julien, The Velo Barber. Best cut I’ve even gotten hands down. Will definitely be back soon.

ONS has become in staple in my closet. There have been few days since finding this clothing store that I find myself not wearing some of their pieces. Reasonable prices for top quality product, and an incredible staff supporting them. Not to mention, the new flagship location is GORGEOUS. ONS is a must have, I have recommended them tenfold to all of my friends.

Clothes I ordered are great, really love the henleys and the quality of the joggers. 5/5 would order again. If you’re in the store ask for James, he’ll get you right.

Love the brand and have been a customer for a couple of years. Great design, quality and the wonderful service from the team Sean, Anna, Bryant, James and etc. My must-visit store at SOHO. Highly recommended.
