First I would like to address that this company is great they always put there clients first with no hesitation, when any issue comes up it’s addressed instantly! Orbis is great. They took our cyber security to the next level, increased the efficiency of our IT and have always been accessible, even after business hours. We use Orbis for all of Our IT services. The whole team is very helpful at resolving issues or setting up new infrastructure. They are very knowledgeable and able to fix most problems remotely. Should a tech need to come to the property John T. is one of the best. He is a good trouble shooter and takes time to explain the issue and how it may be prevented in the future.
Our company which owns a casino and slot refurbishing business has been with Orbis for several months now. The experience has been a pleasure.
