I feel i need to express my outrage and deep disappointment in the service—or lack thereof—provided by your company. What I’ve experienced is not just poor customer service; it’s a reflection of a broken system that punishes those who are already fighting to stay afloat. As a single parent with two adolescent children, I do not have the luxury of waiting three business days for a payment to process, nor should I be forced to jump through hoops because your company refuses to accept widely used payment methods like Mastercard debit. After being placed on hold for 10, then 15, then 20 minutes—on the same call—only to be transferred multiple times by representatives unwilling to take responsibility, I was finally able to make a payment. But even then, I was told my account was billed when it wasn’t, leaving me at risk of having my electricity shut off. This is not just an inconvenience. It’s a threat to my family’s well-being. Your company’s refusal to work with customers in vulnerable situations, coupled with your monopoly over energy services in my area, leaves me with no choice and no recourse. That’s not just bad business—it’s exploitation. You’ve turned essential services into a gatekeeping exercise, where compassion and flexibility are nowhere to be found. If your mission includes serving communities, then prove it. Fix your payment systems. Train your staff to take ownership. And stop treating families like mine as collateral damage in your pursuit of profit. Because right now, you’re not just failing me—you’re failing every person who doesn’t have the time, money, or

The business nature of Pacific Corp is unclear due to the misleading business title. While Pacific Corp does own Pacific Court Power, they do not operate from this office. This office serves a different function; online reports indicate free parking, although it is understood that parking is free for the first hour, then $4 thereafter, with a daily maximum of $17.

Just got off the phone after setting up my account as I'm moving to Portland from Michigan. I had the greatest customer service experience with one of your male reps. I wish I got his name. He was awesome!

Power finally restored after 12 hours. We are so thankful to those working hard out in the freezing temperatures so we can have heat again.

Oregon every year has a weather event like they did on 1/13/2024 we have been without our power since 11am on 1/13/2024 I feel like the lack of preparation is ridiculous people are going to get sick because the lack of power and heat this is irresponsible and not safe I wish Oregon and the power companies would do better
