I engaged Patient Gain for my SEO and website development needs, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. They provided a templated website identical to those of their other clients. While they did rank my practice, Golden Rose MedSpa, highly for "golden rose" and "golden rose medspa," this was unsurprising as it was merely the name of my practice. After 18 months, my practice was not ranking for any of the major services I offer. When I raised this concern with the owner via Zoom, his response was dismissive and unprofessional: "then if you don't like it stop working with us." The most troubling aspect is that after paying $999 per month for a year and a half, they are now demanding $7,000 to release my website. I decided to look elsewhere to create a new website that better represents my brand. However, they are now accusing me of copyright infringement for using common industry terms like vitamin B12, fat burners, chemical peels, IV therapy, Morpheus8, and Botox, which are universally used in the medical spa industry. The entire experience has been frustrating and unethical. I would not recommend Patient Gain to any business looking for reliable and professional SEO or website development services. Update: I cancelled my services with them on June 8. I gave them proper notice, they charged me on June 16th the final payment Well I just saw today that they continue to charged me!!! I havent received any services from this company since June 6th and they continue to charge me! This is illegal and I habe proof!
