PCOS Sisters has made getting care for PCOS a lot easier. Before coming to PCOS sisters, I wasn’t able to get very good care. The wait times in my city were very long and once I got an appointment they didn’t offer me any real help or guidance to manage a condition that was debilitating. I had waited 6+ months for an appointment in my area just to be told they wouldn’t give me medication until I developed diabetes rather than wanting to prevent diabetes. The providers here take your conditions seriously, are knowledgeable about all the different aspects of this condition and helped me get medication fairly quickly which allowed my health to improve. It’s pretty affordable and the scheduling is quick. Overall it’s been really helpful.

COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER UPDATE: The memberships starts at $99 Month. Compounded Semiglutide $400 With all the money per month I left with no results and lots of disappointments… Expectations vs. Reality For all the money I was spending I thought the nutrition offered was going to be custom to my particular circumstances and adjusted as progress went on. Not the case. They have an app with preloaded standard low carb recipes. They tell you to choose whatever you like and thats it. Exercise… again, I thought some tailored program was going to be granted according to personal data. I even mentioned, that I do pilates and if we could tailored something with that for me to have an idea. But no response with that. The app, you get daily automated messages and no responses ever. You are supposed to get unlimited messages via the portal and appointments with the membership. But in reality provider only sees you to ask you the same questions, not look at you when you are talking and repeating the same things every appointment. I thought this was going to be some sort of miracle tailored treatment that would carry me to success in reaching my health and weight goals but not really. Those were my expectations and clearly I was wrong. If you are not looking for hand holding and tailored help then you may benefit from it. FIRST APPT UPDATE: I had a long struggle finding answers and coming to face the facts of this PCOS horrible illness that affects a lot of women. My first appointment with Kristina Medina FNP was everything I was hoping for. Someone knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward and caring. I am just recently starting the journey, but I have a feeling Kristina is going to be an amazing helping hand through this process. I did a telehealth visit inline since I live far and it was great!
