Don’t recommend this place, I’m at over 5k in repairs & counting after purchasing a car from here. Havent had the car long, not even going to go in to detail because it’s not worth my time at this point. Be careful with this place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Performance Autos is truly a class act operation. Mateo and his team are knowledge, kind,and not pushy. They take the time to actually listen to what you are saying/asking. From start to finish these guys made me feel like I was in good hands and I was. They made the process seamless and they made the whole experience easy. I was out of state and they handled the entire process for me. I would highly recommend anyone in the car market to contact Performance Autos or look at their extensive inventory online. I bought a 991.1 from Mateo in late July, 2020 sight unseen, in the mid of the ongoing pandemic. I am from PA and this is my first out-of-state. Boy have I thought what if the dealership was a scam and Mateo didn't exist. I checked FL business license database and basically background checked on the dealership. Yeah, silly me. Pros of my experience: 1. I've dealt many dealers including Porsche MMM, McLaren MMM, Porsche YYY, Mateo is the first salesman/real person who bothered himself to leave me his private phone number. For that, 5 stars already. 2. Mateo was honest on the vehicle and was not trying to hide anything. 991.1 in 2020 was an older model and he wasn't "trying" to hide anything. I mean, I don't understand why some other dealers keep pretending there's no existence of CarFax and AutoCheck. Smh. 3. Mateo was no bs and always on the point. Hey, private number does make communication/everything better. Cons of my experience: 1. Was my vehicle absolutely in its perfect shape and prime condition? Not really, it has its common Porsche finger-itching cosmetic problems. Well, I'm no new to the Porsche brand, I know what I'll likely be getting into, but this could still probably freak out some first time Porsche buyer. If you are looking into the Porsche/Ferrari or any exotic car brands for the first time, I highly recommend/request you not putting a deposit down before you visit your vehicle in person and have a test drive. Mateo did his best, but he is only a salesman and he can't magically fix all Porsche's problems. On that note, save both Mateo and yourself some time, aware of the common problems of your brand/model/year before committing on anything. Exotics are cool and fun, but they ain't as reliable as a Kia. 2. Only got 1 key. Mateo, my man, it's like a 400 USD problem( how much I paid my locksmith), just get a second key yourself and add it to the final cost of the car, instant 1000 $$$ extra.

Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. I purchased a 2017 Range Rover sport 2 months ago. Within a week of having the vehicle the coolant was leaking. Mateo said he would fix the problem and would not charge me for the labor. This happened two more times while also paying them to do an oil change on the car (I was told the oil was just changed when I purchased the vehicle) until I got a call yesterday saying he had bad news and that the coolant issue damaged the engine and it needs replaced. He told me to take it to carmax less than a mile away and trade the car in. He said I should get 28-30k (7k loss)…. Carmax only offered 24k. I lost 14k on this car in two months not including the Ubers and invoices incurred because of the constant issues with the Lemon car I was sold

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle form out of state. Ivan Prado and his son, Mateo were very helpful in all steps of the process (physical and mechanical inspections, title transfer, transport. etc.). They were very honest and the vehicle arrived in the condition described and on time. I would highly recommend their dealership!
