The gentleman that came came to my house before I forge I have had two experience with this gentleman and he's a true gentleman you can leave $10,000 in front of him and come back 3 hours later and I'll still be there very honorable and he does his job he knows his stuff I'm very happy with him I gladly use them again whenever I can I highly highly highly recommend him I never just recommend people just to do it unless I really mean it
I have nothing but good thing's to say here, any question's I had were responded to in a quick and timely manner, I felt genuine care and my paperwork was done very quickly. I was treated with respect and kindness as well as professionalism. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I need help in the future I will defenitely reach out without hesitation.
I payed 900 dollars. 250 of which was pushed on me to pay out of contact in order to file on my behalf. (In Contract it said she would file on my behalf but argued the point) Cynthia was rude yet professional in between jabs. Long story short I had nothing filed on my behalf and was left in the abandoned que with efile portal. Beware of this company and do not be forced to pay out of contract payments. She will not refund you even with jod incomplete with proof sent to administration. *Also gave her plenty of time to make it right before I wrote this review. She said " do what you have to do, I'll just have it deleted!"
I had a horrible experience with Cynthia also She is rude and unprofessional to say the least She talks over you and is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune of working with at first, she seems like she is very helpful until you have to pay for the service then she turns on you and calls you names and proceeds to say you can't afford the service that you are not a good business person and so on and so on.. I am absolutely shocked about her behavior and saying she makes 250,000 a year lives in Beverly Hills and that she doesn't need your business etc. etc... Please be aware of working with her. Take the time and you will see the type of person she really is and you will understand why not working with her or you avoided the biggest trap of all time.. They want payment upfront, so they can keep charging you once you pay them they keep telling you you need to pay more and more.. I believe this is not a professional company They prey on you and your pain and take your money This is a one-man show. This is her company, and when I ask for a manager, she said there’s no one to speak with her.. She is a scammer. She will take your money and not help, but make the situation worse for you. Please be aware..!
I recommend Cynthia. She helped my brother with his divorce documents in less then a week. Excellent person and profesional. exceed our expectations.
