I am visiting the area and was trying to find someplace in Portland to eat that would be unique and ran into a few reviews for Pine Street Market. We went downtown and found parking easy enough for a Thursday afternoon. Went into this business place of which I believe is a converted warehouse possibly. The inside had a great feel with plenty of seating available. I believe there were 4 restaurants and 1 Bar open on the inside with a few vacancies that unfortunately is all too common everywhere right now. After walking around for a minute we all decided on the Pleasure Burger as the place we placed our order. While the place as a whole wasn't busy there were a few orders in front of us here. We all ordered the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger (3) and shared an order of French Fries and I added a canned drink as pictured. The burgers took a bit to prepare but the wait was well worth it. The way everything is served is pretty straightforward and the pictures may not be a lot to look at but the taste of the burger was excellent! Overall a great decision to try and also very reasonable in price.
Okay, this place is pure buzz! Imagine stepping into a culinary playground where the only challenge is deciding what glorious thing to try next. The energy is infectious, a delightful symphony of sizzling, chopping, and happy chatter. One moment you're eyeing gourmet tacos, the next you're tempted by artisanal ice cream, or maybe some incredible ramen. It's the perfect spot for groups because literally everyone will find something to make their taste buds sing. A vibrant, delicious hub that truly captures the spirit of incredible food all under one roof. Don't go on a full stomach!
Thus far I’ve had the Thai Peacock Fried Cream Cheese Wontons and they were absolutely delicious! I stopped in to take a look 👀 around the establishment and was impressed with what I saw. There are several restaurants here that I really am looking forward to visiting 😊
Can be a bit chaotic when it’s busy but the spicy vegan ramen is SO good. Service can be a little slow but that’s to be expected since the kitchen is so small and demand is high! def grab a local beer at at the taproom in the middle of the- lazy day was lovely.
Stopped in for lunch. It was quiet as it was Easter Sunday. But a few of the eateries were open. We chose Shanghai. Amazing dumplings both fresh and steamed as well as pork belly with rice. It was delicious. Very authentic flavors and just the right amounts. Loved it!
This place is like a huge permanent farmers market right on the waterfront with many booths/storefronts having food, trinkets, drinks, and all kinds of merchandise. The fish market guys were so fun. If you walk towards the waterfront there is public seating with a view. It’s bit far, just keep going along the path towards the water and you’ll find it! Pikes place chowder nearby the market has the best chowder I’ve had in the city so far (little to no seating).

Cute little food hall featuring Ramen, Chinese Dumplings, Thai, a juice and smoothie bar, Mini Donuts and maybe a Mexican restaurant? It was closed. Very vegan friendly. I got Little Peacock Thai and it was delicious! The bar in the middle was great, staff was friendly and attentive I had the Voodoo Vodka drink and it was very tasty and refreshing. They need to fill the vacant space and it will be great!
Pine Street Market is the perfect solution for when you’re downtown and can’t decide what to eat. The historic architecture gives it a great "Old Portland" feel, but the food is modern and diverse.
