I have no idea what’s going on at this location, but the quality and attention to detail have been consistently disappointing. The pizza was extremely undercooked and completely inedible, and the side we ordered was missing from the order. This is not the first time this location has made mistakes with our order, but this experience was by far the worst. I’ve never received a pizza in such poor condition. After multiple issues, it’s difficult to justify ordering from this location again. Very disappointing experience.
Very rude and borderline incompetent workers and manager. Would Stay away. Sad as I was EXCITED to have another place that’s open late. Ordered food, waited at the front of the line for a solid 15 minutes. Food sat there while I asked several people to please give it to us. Poor communication. More annoying, paid for our food, and then was confronted about whether we paid for our food. Literally had my friend pull up the credit transaction on his credit app. Manager was not helpful, and played the situation off as ‘our problem’, not the Multiple workers were confrontational saying “it’s not my fault” 🤦🏽♂️ . Food was cold by the time we got it despite being there in person to order it. Disappointing - hope the owner management remedies so this place can survive. Got charged for 2 pizzas for $35, told them I only ordered 1, price went to $25.83? Skipped receipt and when I asked the reasoning they said because a soda cup + taxes. 1 honey hot pizza and a soda is like $18😂
Ordered a gluten free pizza via delivery. Was given the wrong order on the first try. Delivery driver went back and picked up my second order, which didn’t have the extra topping I’d paid for. Tried to call the restaurant and was connected to an AI that kept saying the restaurant didn’t have a phone. Was given a link to a broken survey to request a refund. Very annoying and frustrating, and the gluten free pizza was extremely thin and expensive to top it off. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Ordered two pizzas for delivery, they got both of them completely wrong. Mixed up toppings/sauces and forgot some things altogether. The combination of toppings now makes the pizzas taste REALLY bad. I tried going to their website to request a refund, but their online support forms do not work at all - get a 404 error. I called the place directly and could only speak with a robot who was unhelpful. I can't leave my apartment to ask them in person due to an injury. I am now out $30 and the company seems to have no recourse. This is not the first time they've gotten an order wrong - it's very frequent. I will not be ordering again unless they fix these mistakes and improve their communication. Attaching pics of the orders and associated pizzas. By the way, the arugula on that one pizza smells and looks really bad - I'm pretty sure it's spoiled. Update: Was able to contact them via Instagram DM and they gave me a refund. Adding a star back. I appreciate their help. However, they clearly need a better communication system, and the employees at this location need to be trained better.
Rude customer service. Went there to get food last night and they wouldn’t serve me and my friend. Lied and said they were low on inventory. But we both saw the workers cook their own pizzas. Had employees sitting on counters. Also had customers in the building. This is really good pizza but employees can really ruin a good place. Do better.
Ordered The Outlaw. Tasted heavenly. Sufficient for one person if they are a voracious pizza fanatic, else can also be shared. One of the best pizzas in Philadelphia.
Love the fact that you can run in and make your own pizza, if you like spicy stuff make sure to request the spicy sauce. It is sport on. The shop is hip and has a cool theme. My only issue would be sometimes the music is so loud and I cant hear what the employees are saying. But other than that, it's worth a visit!
Philadelphia has countless pizzarias' and quite a few of them have revamped the classic.. successfully. & Pizza offers up spectacularly delicious pizza without changing the experience that going out and having pizza brings. Be sure and try the cereal and milk soda!
Awesome create your own pizza. Each is like $10 but unlimited toppings so load up. Thr place is nice and bright too. Excellent late night spot
