Use to love selling here but new staff is terrible. The lady at the counter was racist when I brought in my stuff I put them on the counter like she asked and waited for her to check me in but then she saw a white lady bring in stuff behind me and stopped dealing with me and said she was gonna check her in first and pushed my stuff to the side. Like wow rude . And I brought in brand new never worn heels and crocs and clothes they took 3 clothing items and they returned all the rest of my stuff extremely dusty i don’t know how they got it so dusty it wasn’t like that when I brought them in the crocs they returned with white spots on them and they returned one of the heels slightly damaged! And I know it wasn’t like that when I brought them in they were all brand new in new condition. This place is a joke ! Racist, rude , and disrespectful taking poor care of your items! Do yourself a favor don’t sell here.
I literally go in this store once a week. Today I went in, seen a pair of boots and the cashier handed them to me. As I was about to purchase I noticed the girls whispering about the boots si I asked if there was a problem. The blk girl walks over stating, we're saving these for black Friday while reaching she said yoy can always come back on black Friday which is a few months from now. So at this point, the owner is fine with loosing money. I'm pretty sure by the end of November you will have more then enough. I needed for a show this weekend but I'll be ordering off Amazon.
Always a great experience for me. They have an amazing selection of both men's and women's clothes and shoes alike and some of the best customer satisfaction skills in this industry. They have jewelry, belts, hats, bags and purses, men's and women's clothes of all sorts and shoes too. Outstanding prices too! Hands down, this is my favorite clothing store. They also buy clothes from you as well, and if you sign up for their five stars bonuses you won't be disappointed. Keep it up Plato's! Love y'all! Nothing much has changed about the place. Still a great place to shop! Great sales too!
The clothes are so tight on racks that you can't look at nothing. Nothing for size 11 and up. Nothing but crop tops. Won't be going back. Way over priced
Sigh. Run by clueless staff. I know our economy is in shambles but I have teen daughters so I just need to make sure I have hours of time allocated for employee incompetence, and bring a large coffee.

i called the store phone 3 times in a row and then i waited about 30 mins and called again and no one ever picked up the phone... they need to get it together over there.
The store was nice but I advise selling your clothes to another location such as Southaven or Cordova.
This Platos Closet is much more organized than the one in Southaven but has the same good deals.
