The Porterhouse team went above and beyond on our recent yard update. They were extremely communicative and helped us make our creative vision a reality. Our pool deck and surrounding garden are ready for next summers bbqs!
Our new deck with Trex and a full staircase is perfect! Michael and his team did an amazing job, and we’re so happy with how it turned out.
Ghosted us after coming out to give us a consult and promising to send us a quote. Despite several follow ups, they did not respond.
The company was very friendly and helpful in the beginning but the plumbing work turned out to be a disaster. Soon after they completed the job, the water line coming in to the new toilet flew apart and was shooting water everywhere. They came back and “fixed” the toilet line but soon after, the exact same thing happened with the shower faucet that they installed. We have contacted them numerous times to get this issue resolved and they will not return our calls. We ended up throwing in the towel and paying another plumber over $1,000 to fix the shower. 2 years later the toilet water line flew off again while we weren’t home and flooded our basement causing a ton of damage and costing us THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs.
I have been in the business of flipping investment properties for some time and with my workload doubling, I have had to look for outside help. Michael and the PorterHouse Team came onto the job with an incredible creative vision and helped me stay on track to complete my most recent project. Will definitely be working with him and his team again.
Michael created a beautiful privacy fence around our hot tub. It was beautifully done and he was considerate of how he left the area. I was very pleased with his work and care. He has a great attention to detail.
