I cannot recommend Preview enough! I have been working with Cara and Jenn for over 15 years, and they have become vital to my business. Cara always goes above and beyond with me and my prints! I am a pleased customer and will keep coming back each season! I also love the stock color options they provide.🙏
Aside from the fact that the qualities offered by this business are high-quality and very lovely, I have always found the customer service to be professional. Shipping costs can be affected by the method of packaging. A 60 inch roll of fabric is going to cost a lot more to send then the same fabric folded in a box. I am always asked how I want something to be packaged which I appreciate because I like to control my shipping costs. I would absolutely recommend this company to other dressmakers.
I've had nothing but problems with Jennifer when we order. We Do Not Have To Ask how to pack the fabric when you should already know how to do it. The customer service here lacks professionalism and lacks manners to customers. If we dont order, you dont get paid. Treat your customers with respect and try to use Empathy and Apathy with your clients. To Future clients, Stay Away and find another Textile. Why bother with headaches when you can deal with Real Professionals elsewhere where you are apreciated...
