Most detailing services that I have used in the past the jobs were rushed, customer service was bad and I was not impressed. I was referred to property auto detailing services and it was a great decision. Price was fair work was done within the timeframe specified and I didn’t feel like I was paying for a halfway job especially in this economy where every dollar counts. I would 100% recommend them for your detailing needs.

I had a phenomenal experience with these guys. It had been awhile since my last car detail and two kids and two dogs…you get the picture. My car looks like it is fresh off the lot. They had great care and attention to detail. It couldn’t all be finished in one day. They were transparent about that quickly and just asked to finish it the next day. Communication was timely, clear and respectful. I will certainly be back!

I've used a lot of detailing services around Boston over the years, but Proper Auto Detailing Services is a cut above the rest. I brought in my SUV for a full interior and exterior detail and the experience was organized and professional from start to finish. The team provided me updates throughout the and their attention to detail was perfect. Their valet coordination and convenience made the entire process extremely easy, especially in the Boston chaos. Overall the communication and customer service was excellent. When I received the car it looked perfect. Even smaller details were addressed that most places miss. The entire operation really felt like a luxury experience. The people, the service and the quality of their work was really a cut above the rest. I can't imagine using any other detailing company and would reccomend proper auto detailing to anyone.
