Employees were very nice. It took a little longer then I had hoped for. But all in all not bad.
Love them. No complaints Always efficient. In, pay bill, questions answered and out. Never sent more than. 15mins in total. Never a line, never attitude. Love them. Excellent job...
There has been a noted improvement ( for me) with in person customer service ( post pandemic). The hours of operation are a challenge IMO. How are ppl who work suppose to maneuver a "open 8a-4p ) PSEG (Burlington NJ) schedule ?
You have to go to a service center 30 miles out during business hours (us working class can’t do that) to turn on a service in your name I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing I would avoid this company at all cost I have been with every utility and this is a first for me I can’t wait to leave them already! Ridiculous
What in the David Lynch? Felt like I walked on the set of one of his movies. You come into an old building that looks like townhall. Inside is PSEG payment center decorated like the inside of one of them old western themed towns. There was a woman with a loud country accent complaining. I don’t know if she worked there because it was all a mystery to me. Or maybe I was hallucinating. There was no wait as I was called over to make a payment (they don’t accept credit or debit). Luckily I paid by check. Met one of the nicest men I’ve encountered since my stay in NJ. At the end you can rate the experience I rate Excellent. Left with a smile and my bill paid. There’s plenty of street parking. As I passed a sign, I read this place was established 1696! Kinda explains it all.
I have an outrageous bill that even a supervisor said did not make any sense and he was gonna handle. The person he had call me back fought me tooth and nail about how it was right even though he had to put me on 15 min holds 3 different times because he “had to run some numbers” and i can hear him saying huh to himself over and over because he even knew it didn’t make sense. He said he would have to speak to his supervisor and I couldn’t never get ahold of him or PSEG again! I left voicemails, nothing. Call and get put on a wait for an hour for someone to pick up and either hang up on me or put me on hold and never come back. I wish there was another power company because this one is absolutely terrible! They are highway robbery men with no brains and their customer service is nonexistent.

Absolutely terrible scam artist at pse&g. Sent me a bill by mistake, paid it. Credit showing, but it was a lot of $. Asked to have returned, they told me call 3rd party to reverse,third party said call pse&g. Pse&g says call them. Tossed back n forth,no resolution, stolen funds,returned.pse&g made the mistake, their responsibility to send a refund
This place is ridiculous charges me more every month for no reason tells me how to get my “usage” down I do that and it’s double complete sham avoid at all cost wish I could do 0 star
Why is the female security guard so aggressive and unprofessional?! Upon entering all she has to do is ADVISE customers of the protocol. She was standing far too close and bullying me into handling my personal business. The actual staff is courteous and professional. They need to hire a better security company!!
