TLDR: PSE prive energy price gouges and has awful customer service. You have no choice but to use them but they are incompetent and greedy. They take advantage of no market competition and laugh at the little guy. PSE is the worst. The price hikes with no warning is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful and with no competition they have 0 insensitive to be better. They also bombard you with "Flex Event" notifications, but even if you are "in the top three of homes in your area" you get no discount, no anything. Just "hey thanks for using less energy, now your prices will go up." The transparency is abysmal. If I had ANY choice I would not use PSE. It is upsetting that the generation before me voted to keep energy private and allow PSE to have mo market competition. They lobbied for it and now abuse it. Other places with public energy pay half as much as we do and PSE knows it but does not care at all.
Justine the tech came out and was great, our home is split into multiple levels with individual meters and it’s hard to coordinate with all the people but he managed to do that and get the job done at once. Great guy and appreciate him a lot.
These guys are probably really great at what they do. However when you are in a company vehicle and try to cause a motorcyclist to wreck on purpose!! Yeah buddy i will never support your company.
